Simple Yoga Exercises at Home

The Jack-Knife movement is one of the yoga ball exercises focusing on the lower abs and is excellent for sculpting six-pack abs. Here’s how to perform the Jack-Knife movement safely at home:

– Get into a push-up position on the exercise mat, with both feet placed on the yoga ball.
– Ensure that your toes are pointed straight, hugging the curve of the ball, and use your abdominal muscles to maintain balance.
– Place both hands firmly on the exercise mat (hands aligned with hips) and slowly pull your legs in so that your knees come close to your abdomen (engage your core firmly).
– Repeat the process for the prescribed number of times or for a set duration.

Note that the Jack-Knife movement is quite challenging and requires balance and abdominal strength. If you are a beginner, you can start with fewer repetitions and gradually increase as you become accustomed to the exercise.
